Xilamuren Grassland is where the trip earns its name. You are met with the dismounting wine, the highest Mongolian welcome, then milk tea, Mongolian clothes and archery at the farm, and a bonfire after dinner. You sleep in a tent that night. The next day is Yinken Whistling Dune Bay in the Ordos desert, with the cable car to Xiansha Island included and a long list of sand activities, then the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan on Day 4.
Shanghai is the last third. The Bund, the Oriental Pearl Tower, Chenghuangmiao, and a completely free day where Disneyland is the paid option.

Hotel – Rooms are twin sharing. Standard check-in is 2PM and check out is 12NN unless the itinerary says otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Children are arranged in the same room as their parents. If an extra room is needed, or for special requests, additional costs will apply.

Yes, for one night on Day 2 at Xilamuren Grassland. It is a Mongolian tent, which is the traditional accommodation there and the reason people take this trip. The other six nights are 4 star hotels. If sleeping in a tent is not for you, this is not the right package.
Yes, and so is the internal flight. Round trip Manila to Hohhot with China Eastern via Shanghai on the way in, and the Ordos to Shanghai flight on Day 5 is part of the package too.
Yes, but unlike our other China tours the supplier has not quoted a group visa fee for this package. Ask us before you book and we will confirm what applies to your passport and what it costs.
Partly. The cable car and Xiansha Island entry at the dune bay are included. The long list of rides and activities is described by the supplier as reference only, and what actually runs depends on the scenic area on the day. Do not book expecting one specific ride to be open.
