Shenzhen is the modern half. Shenzhen Bay Culture Square where drones deliver takeaway food, the AirPods shaped landmark building, C Future City with its light and shadow flower waterfall, and the Minghua Ship at Sea World, a converted French liner sitting on dry land. Zhuhai gives you the Fisher Girl statue, Lovers Road and the Hengqin Flower Sea Corridor.
The last day is Macau proper. The Venetian, the Ruins of St Paul’s, the Diamond Light Show, the Wynn Palace water dance, and a meal voucher for lunch.

Airfare – This package does not include your flights. Book your own, then tell us your arrival and departure times so we can set your transfers and your tour around them.
Hotel – Rooms are twin sharing. Standard check-in is 2PM and check out is 12NN unless the itinerary says otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Children are arranged in the same room as their parents. If an extra room is needed, or for special requests, additional costs will apply.
Dates – The rate holds until 31 December 2026 and is not available over Christmas, New Year or public holidays. Rates are subject to change and all rooms are subject to availability.
No, and this is the most important thing to know about this package. The supplier puts Chimelong in the tour name but it is an optional extra on Day 5 at USD 100 per person, needing a minimum of 10 travellers to run. We left it out of our title deliberately so nobody books thinking it is part of the price.
Not without paying extra. This Cebu Pacific fare includes 7kg of hand carry only and no checked baggage at all. You buy a checked bag from the airline yourself, and it costs less booked in advance than paid at the airport counter.
No, and that is a real advantage on this package. The 144 hour group visa is included in the price, unlike our other China tours where the group visa is a separate USD 40. The 144 hour limit is why the itinerary is shaped the way it is.
Yes, on foot on Day 1. Your Macau guide takes you to the Macau to Zhuhai port, you queue and clear immigration yourself, and your Guangdong guide meets you on the other side. It is straightforward but nobody walks you through it.
Yes, five across the trip: a jewellery store, a Chinese medicine shop, a silk store, a cosmetics store and a Macau souvenir shop. None is compulsory and you can buy nothing, but they do take up time on Days 3, 4 and 6.
USD 499 for a child under 18 with a bed, USD 439 for a child under 8 without a bed, and USD 99 for an infant under 2. Note the child with bed rate is higher than the adult rate of USD 359. That is what the supplier quotes and we are confirming it, so ask us before booking for a family.
Late. The return flight leaves Macau at 22:25 and lands in Manila after midnight, so Day 6 is a full sightseeing day followed by a night flight. Plan your onward travel from Manila for the following morning rather than that night.
