The balcony earns its money on Day 5. That is the full sea day between Busan and Shanghai, and a private balcony is a different experience from an inside cabin when there is nowhere to be. It also means daylight and your own air on the two port mornings.
The route runs Shanghai to Jeju to Busan and back. A full afternoon and evening at Jeju, and twelve hours at Busan from ten in the morning.

Airfare – This package does not include your flights. Book your own, then tell us your arrival and departure times so we can set your transfers and your tour around them.
Hotel – Rooms are twin sharing. Standard check-in is 2PM and check out is 12NN unless the itinerary says otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Children are arranged in the same room as their parents. If an extra room is needed, or for special requests, additional costs will apply.
Dates – The rate holds until 31 December 2026 and is not available over Christmas, New Year or public holidays. Rates are subject to change and all rooms are subject to availability.
It depends on how you travel. Over four nights it works out at USD 50 a night for daylight, fresh air and your own outdoor space. Day 5 is a full day at sea with nowhere to go, and that is when people who booked inside cabins usually wish they had not. If you are the sort who wants to be out on deck all day anyway, the interior cabin at USD 1,488 does the same job for less.
No. This sailing departs Mactan-Cebu International Airport. If you are travelling from Manila or anywhere else you need to get yourself to Cebu, and that flight is not included.
Yes, and you apply for it yourself. The ship calls at Busan on Day 4 and you cannot go ashore without one. It is separate from your China visa and it takes time, so start early.
Because it has to be a double entry. You enter China at Shanghai, sail out to Korea, then return to China before flying home. That is USD 80 per person rather than the USD 40 single entry on our land tours.
No. Both Jeju and Busan are free time. The shared bus tour can be bought on board but the onboard guides speak Chinese only. Going ashore independently is straightforward at both ports.
