Service
We’ll tell you which documents to prepare, go through every one of them with you, then handle the submission through whichever channel that embassy uses. Tourist visas only, and for Philippine passport holders.
China, Japan and South Korea.
Tourist visas only. No work, student or business applications.
Your passport stays with you until the day we submit it.
Ask us on WhatsApp, Viber or email. No deposit just to ask.
Send us your destination and your dates and we’ll come back with the exact list of documents you need to prepare. We go through all of it with you before anything gets submitted, then we handle the submission through whichever channel that embassy uses. After that we keep you updated until your passport is back in your hands.
The refusals we come across usually trace back to something small. A form filled out in the wrong order, a bank certificate dated too early, an itinerary with dates that don’t match what’s on the application, or a daily schedule of stay that looks like it was written in five minutes. We go through all of that so you don’t have to.
We don’t post a rate here because the embassy fees change, and those are set by the embassy and not by us. What we charge on top depends on which country you’re applying for, how many of you are going, and how soon you need it. Message us your dates and we’ll send the whole thing back to you broken down in writing, and you won’t have paid anything at that point.
We’ll quote you our service fee separately. The costs below sit on top of that, and most of them don’t even go to us. Better you see the whole list now than find out about them halfway through.
This is what each embassy asks for as a starting point. Your own list depends on your situation, because someone employed needs different papers from someone self employed, a student, a retiree, or a family travelling together, and that’s usually the first thing we sort out when you message us.
Any number we put here would be out of date in a few months. The embassy sets its own fees and those move around, and what we charge depends on the country, the size of your group and how soon you need it. You’ll get the full breakdown in writing before you pay anything, and you’re free to walk away from it.
No, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you something. The decision belongs to the embassy and nothing we do changes that. What we can do is make sure there’s nothing in your application that gives them an easy reason to refuse it.
Not until the day we submit it. Everything before that is forms, certificates and bookings. We’ll tell you the exact date your passport needs to be with us, and not a day earlier than that.
That depends on the embassy and the season, and the peak months run slower than the published guidance suggests. Give us your travel dates and we’ll tell you the last safe date to start, with a buffer built in.
Often yes, but tell us right at the start. A previous refusal changes how the next application should be put together, and hiding it is the one thing that makes a second attempt harder than it needs to be.
That’s common and it isn’t a dead end. First time applicants get approved all the time. What it changes is which supporting documents carry the weight, and that’s why we build the checklist per person instead of handing everybody the same one.
Check with us first, because you might not. Several of our China packages use a group visa that the operator arranges, and the Seoul and Incheon package already includes a Korean e-group visa. Our Japan packages don’t include the visa, so for those you’d still need us.
Yes. Documents move by courier both ways and the whole conversation happens over WhatsApp or Viber. You’d only need to travel if the embassy requires you there in person, and we’ll tell you upfront whether yours does.
Jump straight to the document list for the country you need. If you’re applying for two of them around the same trip, message us and we’ll work out the order to file them in.
Tourist L visa. There’s a group visa option if you’re on one of our China tours.
