PHP 25,935 per person, which is USD 399 at the rate we use, for four days across Chongqing and Chengdu with the airfare already in it. You fly Air China into Chengdu, drive over to Chongqing for two nights, then come back to Chengdu for the last night.
Chongqing is the one people remember. The light rail at Liziba Station runs straight through a residential block and you stand on the viewing deck watching it happen. Ciqikou Ancient Town is the old river port, now packed with food stalls. You also get the panda pavilion at Chongqing Zoo, and in Chengdu the Giant Panda Climbing The Wall mural, Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alleys and Jinli Ancient Street.
One thing to know before you book. This is a shopping tour. Three stops are built into Days 2 and 3 and you cannot skip them. Everything we know about them is spelled out below.

Airfare – Round trip airfare is included in the price, along with airport tax and the terminal fee. The China group visa is arranged by the operator and collected with your tour fee.
Hotel – Rooms are twin sharing. Standard check-in is 2PM and check out is 12NN unless the itinerary says otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Children are arranged in the same room as their parents. If an extra room is needed, or for special requests, additional costs will apply.
Dates – Every departure is priced on its own date in the calendar above. Rates are subject to change and all rooms are subject to availability.
Three. A latex shop and a medicine shop on Day 2, and a Tibetan medicine shop on Day 3. They are in the operator’s itinerary and the group goes together, so you cannot wait on the coach. You are never obliged to buy anything, but you do have to walk through.

No. Chinese local rules require children aged 6 and over to have their own bed, and they are charged the full adult rate. The lower USD 379 rate only applies to children aged 2 to 5 travelling without a bed.
You fly out of Manila. The flight goes to Chengdu and the coach takes you to Chongqing on the same day, then brings you back to Chengdu on Day 3 for the flight home.
Yes. CA480 leaves Manila at 02:55, so plan on being at the airport late the previous evening. You land in Chengdu at 06:25 and start touring the same morning, so it is a long first day.
Philippine passport holders need a Chinese visa. This tour uses a group visa which the operator arranges for USD 40 per person. Because it is a group visa, you travel in and out with the group.
