Hokkaido in winter, direct from Manila on Philippine Airlines, which is the main reason to take this one over the connecting versions. PR406 leaves at 6:35 in the morning and lands at New Chitose at 12:30, so you are sightseeing on Day 1 rather than losing it to a transfer in Tokyo.
You get the canal at Otaru with the gas lamps along it, the glassworks and the music box museum, the steam vents at Noboribetsu Hell Valley, the bear park at Showa Shinzan, and a night at a lakeside onsen hotel on Lake Toya with the buffet dinner that goes with it. Day 4 takes you up to Niseko, which is the ski resort people actually mean when they say they are going skiing in Japan.
Checked baggage is included here, two pieces at 23kg plus 7kg hand carry, which is not true of the cheaper Japan tours. Three of the five departures sit at ₱110,435 or below.
Five departures, four prices. The cheapest are 30 November 2026 and 20 February 2027 at ₱110,435 per person, which is USD 1,699. New Year is the dearest at ₱129,935, or USD 1,999.

Yes. Philippine passport holders need a Japanese visa and this tour does not include it. You apply through an accredited travel agency, not directly at the embassy, and the fee and paperwork are yours. Start early, because processing takes weeks and approval is never guaranteed.
Only at your own cost, and the group does not wait a full day for it. Day 4 includes the visit to Niseko. The cable car ticket, ski and board hire, lessons and lunch up the mountain are all excluded. If skiing is the point of your trip, tell us and we will look at a different package.

Four hotel breakfasts, three lunches and two dinners, one of them the onsen buffet. You pay for dinner on nights one, four and five, and for lunch on Day 4 and Day 5.
A child from 2 to 6 years old without their own bed is USD 100 less than the adult on every departure, about ₱6,500 off. From 6 years old Japanese rules require their own bed and they pay the adult rate. Tell us the ages when you book.
